Our Policy :

We request you to carry a Government issued photo-identity proof of every guest to check-in.

• Indian Nationals can present any one of these, which is mandatory: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID card and Aadhar card.
• Foreign Nationals will be required to present their Passport and valid visa.

General Note

• Kids below 10 years will be charged half the price of buffet Breakfast. Above 10 Years full price will be applicable.
• Room Guest's guests are not allowed inside the premises . All guest can come only accompanying by member .
• You are requested to share with us GSTN and company address as desired to be done on invoice prior arrival and before departure of the guest. Changes can't be possible after generating the invoice.
• A principle Member will able to book maximum of 24 rooms in a financial year for any particular property of Avadh Utopia .
• Banned products are strictly prohibited inside the premises.
• Booking can be done only 3 month prior from current date.

Policies:

Check In / Check Out

• Check-In time is 02:00 pm and Check-Out time is 10:00 am.
• Early arrival and late departure is subject to availability of rooms and at an additional cost.

Early Check In (Arrival prior to standard check-in time)

• Check-In between 10.00 am to 12.00 am will be charged 50% of the room charge.
• Check-In before 10.00 am will be charged for 1 additional day

Late Check-out (Departure post standard check-out time)

• Check-Out between 11.00 am to 01.00 pm will be charged 50% of the room charge.
• Check- Out after 01.00 pm will be charged for 1 additional day

For Avadh Utopia-Vapi - 2 person per day

• For Members who are staying - INR 3550.00 CPAI
• For Member's guest on Weekday ( when members are not staying along with their guest ) – INR 4800.00 CPAI
• For Member's guest on National and Regional Public Holiday and Weekend - INR 6000.00 CPAI

Cancellation Policy:

For Individual Booking (Upto 4 rooms):

• 4 Days and Above – 15 % + Tax
• 3 Days Prior – 30 % + Tax
• 2 Days Prior – 50 % + Tax
• Less than 2 Days – 100 %

For Group Bookings (5 or more room):

• No Refund.

No Show Policy:

• In case of No-show 100% charges will be applicable.

Amendment Policy:

• Should you wish to do amendments to your booking, we will do our best to help, however, confirmation of such reservation amendments would be subject to room availability. In case the booking is cancelled due to unavailability, the cancellation policy will be applicable.
• For any reservation, amendment will be allowed only for one occasion.
• Amendment Policy will be applicable as mentioned below

For Individual booking (up to 4 rooms):

• 16 Days and Above – No Charges
• 7 to 15 Days Prior – 15 % + GST
• Less than 7 Days – No amendment possible

For Group Bookings (05 or more room):

• Amendment is not possible.

Children Policy:

• A maximum of 2 kids Upto 10 years can stay in the room with their parents without any additional charges by showing their Id proof holding birth date (Aadhar Card) . Kids above 10 years will be considered as adult. However, any extra bed / Mattress is required, additional charge will be applicable.

Club Usages Policy:

For Avadh Utopia Vapi :- Surat Club Members staying in rooms:

• The usage of Swimming Pool and Reading Lounge areas are inclusive in the package as per dedicated time .
• The usage of Net Cricket, Bowling Alley, Game Zones, Spa and Salon, Movie Hall, All Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Banquet halls are on payable basis.
• Member & Guests need to get the equipment, clothing and accessories required for the activities (or you may buy it from our sport shop) which is compulsory.

For Avadh Utopia Surat : Vapi Club Members staying in rooms:

• Swimming pool , Gym and Reading Lounge areas are inclusive in the membership package as per dedicated time .
• The usage of Spa and Salon, 5th floor Game Zones , Bowling alley , Net Cricket , Movie Hall, Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Banquet halls are on payable basis.

For Guests of Vapi and Surat Members staying in the room.

• The usage of Spa and Salon, Movie Hall, Lotus – Indian Specialty restaurant , Campion – Modern restaurants serving fusion cuisine and Coffee Shop on payable basis .
• The usage of Swimming Pool is inclusive in the package as per dedicated time only at Avadh Utopia – Vapi but guest need to maintain complete swim wear .

Discotheque:

• Avadh Utopia Surat: Can be used by Avadh Utopia - Surat club members only. Bunker is operational only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm where Stag entry is restricted as it is only for Couple .
• Avadh Utopia Vapi : Bunker is operational only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 7.30 pm to 10:30 pm . Can be used by Vapi Members with family only . Stag entry is not allowed. Surat Members & room guest with family is allowed on chargeable basis.

Membership Card is compulsory to avail any of the above facilities .
